Revit 2016 contains some significant 3d rendering features

Decode BD presents an exclusive video presentation that summarizes the new features available in Autodesk Revit 2016.

Revit 2016 version contains a wide array of improved features and these features are already included into Revit 2015 for subscription customers through the 2015 R2 update. The most crucial feature in Revit 2016 is the advanced Autodesk Raytracer rendering engine that has been revamped and integrated into the Rendering Dialog for 3D views to obtain superior quality still images from inside Revit.

There also exists a new tool that produces a Section Box on all sides of the selected elements.

With Autodesk Revit 2016, rendering in Revit becomes easier and the Revit users will be able to develop presentation materials directly in the application more rapidly and more pragmatic way.
