The ideal candidate has to develop all (Architectural / Structural / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) characteristics to the model as well as spatial coordination, project inter-discipline conflicts exposure & resolution, and eradication of connected drawings, offer technical and discipline related support to BIM Specialists, set up and retain performance statistics on aspects of the utilization.

 

Eligibilities:-

 

• Having at least 4 - 8 Years of experience in leadership roles that should involve lower - Mid management
• Should possess outstanding communication skills

 

• Expert knowledge in time management and ability to make commit and finish the work before deadline
• Sound IT skills and motivation toward knowing latest technology and software
• Having expertise in applying BIM Authoring software like Revit / Navisworks / AutoCAD / Civil 3D. Preference will be given for knowing supplementary adds ins.
• Good knowledge in implementing BIM process in big construction projects from bid stage through construction and handover
• Multi Discipline in design suite
• Added advantage for having certification from autodesk
• Technical expertise
• Design skillfulness
• Written and spoken communication skills
