A position is vacant for B.I.M (Revit MEP) Modeler

 

Sayed Hamid Behbehani & Sons Co. W.L.L., a recognized Global Construction and Engineering Firm, is seeking a B.I.M (Revit MEP) Modeler in Al Farawaniyah, Kuwait for permanent basis.

 

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:-

 

• Sound knowledge in Building Information Modeling (B.I.M.) along with REVIT Applications for MEP design/working drawings.
• Expertise in ACADD 2D/3D.
• Well versed with Mircrosoft office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint, etc ..).
• Good communication skill in English language (Reading, Writing & Talking).
• 5 years experience in similar type of job.

 

Job responsibilities:-

 

• Design and create drawings with the help of B.I.M. (Revit MEP) and ACADD applications for electrical systems under (MEP) of various types of projects (commercial, industrial, & residential).
• Organize Electrical Drawings with other MEP working drawings and related architectural and structural works.
• Coordinate with Site Project-in-Charge on the status of continuing electrical works to bring the drawings up-to-date consequently.
• Generate the as-built drawings for electrical works upon completion of project.
