Amenta/Emma Architects expands Stamford office staff

Amenta/Emma Architects, P.C., a full-service architecture and interior design firm, recently opened a Stamford office to expand their Corporate Interiors practice and better serve clients in the Fairfield and Westchester county regions. This allows the company to capture new opportunities, while continuing to focus on its core business in the capital city. The firm is pleased to announce the following appointments.

Charles Cannizzaro of Chappaqua, NY was appointed Managing Principal of the Stamford Office. Charles brings over 19 years of experience to the firm, as Associate Principal for Perkins Eastman, Associate at Gensler and Project Architect for Rafael Vinoly Architects. He earned an Architecture degree from The Catholic University of America, where he was a member of the Tau Sigma Delta National Architectural Honor Society. Mr. Cannizzaro has been the recipient of several awards throughout his career in the industry, most notably, the Society of American Registered Architect’s National Design Award and the American Institute of Artists’ Annual Design Competition.

nne Loh of Shelton, CT joins Amenta/Emma as Interior Designer. Most recently, Anne was an Associate at Perkins Eastman. Prior to joining Perkins Eastman, she was an Interior Designer at Antinozzi Architects. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design from Endicott College. She is the chairperson of Stamford City Center Chapter of the International Interior Design Association, which works closely with local designers to continue to educate design professionals.

Nadine Beers, LEED AP of Orange, CT joins the firm as Interior Designer.  Nadine comes to Amenta/Emma from Nelson/Black Cow Architects in Boston, Massachusetts where she gained experience in corporate and industrial design in her role as Interior Designer.  Nadine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design from Endicott College.
