Coordination, Clash Detection and Resolution

We use a BIM process known as “clash detection” and can be utilized to check for interferences by searching for intersecting volumes. We apply automated electronic clash detection, conflict resolution and architectural, mechanical and electrical trade coordination in the design process allowing general contractors and construction firms to issue RFIs and change orders prior to physical construction, and made such clashes easy to resolve before construction & they become problems in the field and delay the project.

We not only clash a single model but combine and clash multiple models in varying formats from disparate sources in a common environment.

According to the report “use of the 3D digital model, prevented 1200 collision of steel elements and sped steel erection to the finish line three months early.
