BIM Services

BIM Services We are a India-based company provides next level of project information and visual representation for architects, engineers, and consultants by create parametric, sophisticated, intelligent models. Through the integrated BIM process we help architects, engineers, builders, and owners to design, analyze, document, and deliver designs from the conceptual phase through the construction phase, and beyond.

Our BIM Services (Building Information Modeling)
MEP Services

We modeled several large pieces of equipments along with the HVAC and mechanical piping systems as well as the electrical conduit.

Architectural, Structural Services

We have the capability to provide complete 3D BIM modeling, including typically required Architectural, Structural elements, for intelligent and updated models.

Construction & Coordination Services

To take their 2D construction documents from the various design disciplines and turn them into 3D BIM models

Conflict Detection and Risk Mitigation

Clash detection to eliminate conflicts and increase the constructability of your design.

Virtual Building Modeling/Virtual Construction

Estimate the cost of projects, project construction schedules and anticipate construction problems before they occur.

Estimation and quantity take-offs

We provide estimation and take-off services manually or via 3D Model.

Advantages :

Building Information Modeling provides three dimensional information & virtually build a facility before it's ever physically constructed which offers all members of the building design team to visualize the several components of a project and how they are integrated.

BIM can eliminate many of the inefficiencies of current construction practices and improve the transfer of information during all phases of a building's life. Many stakeholders (e.g. owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and facility managers) can access a building information model—entering, extracting, and/or updating information throughout the building's life-cycle.

  • BIM can render curvilinear shapes and freeform geometry which increases the correctness of drawings and make more efficient coordination of construction documents that 2-D drawings can't.
  • BIM as a virtual representative of the physical facility capable of performing qualitative and quantitative analyses which can considerably improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the design, planning, and building process.
  • BIM is very useful for energy simulations. The building’s predicted energy performance would be updated and displayed instantly whenever a wall is moved, a window is added, or a lighting specification is changed. This can help architects predict energy costs and understand how the design will impact energy use.
  • Easiest method to create buildings that achieve zero carbon emissions, reduce construction and facility waste, and maximize building efficiency through alternative positioning and site-design analysis with BIM.
  • Users can extract quantities for cost estimates and a materials/equipment inventory from the digital model. Each object (the roofing system, the windows, or the carpet) in the model can have pricing associated with it, making it easier to generate a bill of materials and product cost estimates.
  • BIM resolves errors, omissions, clashes and conflicts in the documents stage before construction begins. Conflict detection reduces the number of requests for information (RFIs) and change orders, saving both time and money.
  • Accurate extraction of material quantities etc helps in elimination of waste which results not only in cost saving but speeds the construction process
  • 4-D capabilities make scheduling easier with BIM. 4-D schedules are a powerful tool for phasing, coordinating, and communicating planned work to a variety of audiences, including project stakeholders and those directly responsible for executing the work.
  • BIM can help to get accurate quantity takeoffs and analyses that will speed the estimating process and reduce administrative costs.
