A position is vacant for Project Coordinator (BIM)

AGA Architects Pte Ltd, the leading solution provider in construction, building and engineering sectors, is inviting application for the position of a PROJECT COORDINATOR (BIM) in Singapore.

Duties and liabilities:

To develop 3D model as well as generate architectural shop drawings for being delivered to the authorities and constructed with BIM software.

Arrange and integrate Architectural services drawings for building construction.

Communicate with consultants on design concepts and probable modifications. Create architectural as-built drawings.

Prerequisites:

a. Diploma / Degree in Architecture or similar stream
b. Practical working knowledge with Autocad, Autodesk Revit MEP, Revit Architecture, or other associated software for design modelling and coordination
c. Accomplished BIM Modelling or BIM Management or equivalent courses
d. Be updated with Singapore BCA BIM E-submission and guidelines
e. Excellent written and oral communication skills
f. Work in tandem with team members
